INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING THIS APPLICATION FORM

Please read the instructions below carefully. If you have additional questions, you can consult the FAQ or contact us.

  • Complete this application form including the attestation with signature at the bottom.
  • Attach all the educational documents you would like to be evaluated and/or translated. This includes diplomas/degree certificates and transcripts/marksheets.
  • If you need your Secondary Education (high school) evaluated, this will be done in a separate evaluation. **Note that we cannot provide a standard course-by-course evaluation with credit hours for high school level education. However, we may be able to provide a course-by-course evaluation with grade point average conversion, depending on your documents**
  • All documents must be provided in their original language. If that language is NOT English, you must also provide a certified translation of those documents. If you do not have certified translations to provide, EEI can provide you with a price quote for a certified translation into English.
  • EEI will review your application and might request extra information or documentation from you to be able to complete your order.
  • If you requested a translation, EEI will provide you with a price quote before proceeding with your order for your consideration.
  • After your order has been successfully processed, you will receive an email with payment instructions and the estimated date of delivery. All course-by-course evaluations take up to 10 business days for completion. General Statements require 7 business days for completion.
  • You will not receive your order until your payment has been processed. If a payment is not made within 10 business days of receiving your payment link, your order will be automatically cancelled and you will need to re-apply for a new evaluation.

DESCRIPTION OF OUR SERVICES

Below is a description of our services. For more information or pricing, review our Services and Fees.

This is our standard evaluation that equates your foreign academic documents to an American equivalent. These are sometimes called a “credential evaluation” or “degree by degree” evaluation. General statements are usually used for the following:

  • Employment/work purposes
  • Entry into the US military service
  • To enter some university programs (others may ask for an evaluation of your transcripts, which is NOT a General Statement evaluation)

This evaluation provides the same analysis as the General Statement AND includes an analysis of your coursework from your transcripts/mark sheets, providing a credit hour conversion for each of the courses studied in your program. **Note: certain master’s degree and PhD programs that are completed by research cannot be included in a course by course evaluation, as there are no courses to evaluate.**

These evaluations are sometimes called “credit by credit evaluations” or “transcript evaluations.” Course-by-course evaluations are usually used for the following:

  • To qualify for an examination from an institution such as The American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP)
  • To enter some university programs that ask for an evaluation of your transcripts (some may ask for a conversion of your grade point average, which is NOT the standard course-by-course evaluation)

This evaluation contains everything that the standard course-by-course evaluation does, PLUS a conversion of your foreign grade point average to an American grade point average. Course-by-course evaluations with grade point average are usually used for the following:

  • To enter some university programs that ask for an evaluation of your transcripts INCLUDING a grade point average conversion.

EEI offers professional translation of documents into English by certified translators. This is not the same as an evaluation, as a translation only converts the original wording of your documents into the English language. While translations are needed for non-English language documents to be evaluated, they do not convert your documents into an American equivalent.
